I’m not a diet person but I’ve tried a few diets before like keto and gluten free diet but this was something else, Arth!
I’m really feeling very light and also have lost 2 kgs plus the food quality was very fresh and on time. Loved the herbs too, even my mind feels relaxed, so basically, my body and soul both feel great.

It’s been 3 months ever since I came across Dr. Ana and I can vouch for her. She has healed my gut while no other gastroenterologist could.
